Using L1 in the classroom has been debated for many years. This webinar will provide some background to the debate, before introducing some tried and tested activities and approaches to the issue.

Rachael Harris is Joint Regional Coordinator (Geneva) for ETAS (English Teachers' Association of Switzerland). She has specialised in teaching teenagers and young learners, and will be sharing what she's learnt from nearly 20 years of teaching.
